PAIA1. Core principles
PAIA currently operates local-first. Core archive data is stored on the user’s device by default. Everyday capture, search, editing, manual management and prompt reuse happen locally.
2. AI-related data use
PAIA does not give external AI your complete archive by default. Processing requires permission and only the necessary material. Automatic maintenance follows your settings; generation is initiated by you. Context reading permissions are separate, and connecting does not open cards or topics automatically.
3. This website
This website introduces PAIA, provides an interactive demo and offers help. It does not connect to your PAIA archive or install analytics or behavioral trackers.
4. Contact form
The contact form uses FormSubmit to send the information you enter to haohongfei2001@gmail.com, solely to respond to your inquiry. It is deleted when no longer needed. You may request earlier deletion through that email. Do not submit sensitive information.
5. Services and policy updates
When services, data structures or optional features change, their data boundaries will be explained and this policy updated before activation. A website demonstration or an upgrade does not authorize access to your archive.
6. User control and deletion
You remain in control of viewing, editing, permissions and deletion. Available features and supported environments are described at the installation entry and in Help.
